Timuti 8 is a band born in Tallinn during the unpredictable year of 2020. Drawing strength from the diverse backgrounds of its members, the band has naturally explored and dove into rhythms from all over the world, with a particular focus on Latin styles and upbeat genres. Their musical journey spans genres like Cumbia, Reggae, Ska, Punk, Funk, and more.

Since their inception, Timuti 8 has performed over 30 shows in Tallinn and other cities such as Tartu and Vienna, bringing their infectious, danceable music to every corner they visit and getting audiences to shake their bodies wherever they go. Impro-jamming lies at the heart of their creative process, a trait that continues to shine through in their live performances, all while creating original songs which have always new elements throughout each performance.   

 

As co-founder, vocalist and guitarist, I have been part of this musically envolving journey with great people and very interesting musicians. ​
